Yes, all Naitra jewellery is water-resistant and crafted with premium anti-tarnish technology. Our gold-plated pieces are made to withstand everyday exposure to water and humidity, so you can wear them confidently without worrying about fading or dullness.
With proper care, the gold-plating on Naitra jewellery can last 4-5 years or longer. We use advanced electroplating and an anti-tarnish sealant to extend durability. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or abrasive surfaces for best results.
All Naitra jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty for issues like fading or tarnishing. If your piece shows signs of wear during this period,Contact care@naitra.in with photos and order details to initiate a claim. You can also read our Warranty Policy for details.
Absolutely! Naitra’s anti-tarnish and silver jewellery is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. We use skin-friendly materials, free from nickel and harsh metals, to ensure irritation-free wear.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, chlorine, and saltwater. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe your jewellery after use to maintain its shine.
2. Orders & Payments
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting care@naitra.in within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is dispatched, no modifications can be made.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
If your payment was deducted but you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, don’t worry. Please email us at care@naitra.in with your payment details. We’ll verify and update you within 48 hours.
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
Yes, gift wrapping is available. You can select the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout or mention it in the order notes. All orders come in premium packaging by default.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Slight delays may occur during sales. Read our Shipping Policy for more info.
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number from our courier partner. You can also track your Naitra order from the “Track My Order” link in your order confirmation email.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days based on your pin code and location. Metro cities are typically faster, while remote areas may take a bit longer.
Yes, in select cities. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and cost.
Our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery. If undelivered, the package may return to us and will require a new shipment request.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the order level. For defective or damaged products, return request has to be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery. Read our Return Policy for full details or email to care@naitra.in
Email us at care@naitra.in with order details. Exchanges are offered up to 6 months in case of fading or tarnish. Refer to our Exchange Policy.
Email us at care@naitra.in with clear images within 48 hours. We'll investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Yes, provided it's unused and returned within 7 days. You may choose a different product of equal or higher value.
Once your return is picked up and quality-checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
