Where we ship
We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. Enter your PIN code on any product page to see the delivery estimate for your address.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most serviceable PIN codes. Availability for your address is shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, your tracking link arrives by email. You can also follow it anytime under My Account, in Orders.
International shipping
International shipping is on its way. If you are outside India and would like to order, write to us at care@naitra.in and we will see what we can do.
If a delivery is missed
The courier will attempt redelivery within 1 to 2 business days. If the parcel remains undelivered after multiple attempts it returns to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
Changing your address
Write to us within 2 hours of placing your order at care@naitra.in or on WhatsApp at +91 99596 98855. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Occasional delays
Festivals, weather and remote PIN codes can add a little time. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed before you need to ask.
