At Naitra, we are committed to delivering your jewellery with care, speed, and reliability. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, costs, and process.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
International shipping is coming soon.

Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Slight delays may occur during sales.

Custom/Personalized Orders: May take 4–7 business days, depending on the design.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders ₹999 and above: Free Shipping

Orders below ₹999: ₹49 flat rate

Estimated Delivery: Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days based on your pin code and location. Metro cities are typically faster, while remote areas may take a bit longer.

We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket to ensure timely delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently being finalized.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking link
  • You can also track your order anytime via My Account > Orders

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Weather or logistical issues
  • Remote area pin codes

We will keep you informed of any delays proactively.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your order:

  • They will attempt redelivery within 1–2 business days
  • If undelivered after multiple attempts, the parcel may return to us
  • In such cases, reshipping charges may apply
