The lifetime repair service
A snapped chain, a loose stone, a bent ring. Even when the warranty does not apply, we never stop caring for your piece. Send it to us and we will repair it at a nominal cost, quoted to you before we begin. The warranty has limits. Our care does not.
Good to know
Keep your invoice
Your order invoice is mandatory for every warranty claim. It lives in your order confirmation email, so there is nothing physical to file away.

Pickup, wherever you are
Reverse pickup is free across serviceable PIN codes. For the rare locations without it, ship the piece by India Post and we reimburse up to ₹100.
