Warranty Exchanges — 1 Year for Anti Tarnish

Our jewellery is made to last, but in rare cases, if you notice fading, tarnish, or plating issues, please write us to care@naitra.in. Once our internal team has reviewed your case, you might be eligible for a store credit of amount up to the value paid by you..

Eligible for Exchange

  • Noticeable tarnishing or fading (not caused by misuse)
  • Verified quality issues in the metal or finish
  • Must be reported with clear photos and order proof

Not Eligible

  • Regular wear-and-tear or breakage due to mishandling
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or moisture
  • Items without proof of purchase or beyond 6 months

Warranty Exchange Process

  1. Email care@naitra.in with:
    • Photos of the issue
    • Order number or invoice copy
  2. Our team will assess and approve eligible cases.
  3. Upon approval, we’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product.
  4. You’ll receive a replacement of the same or similar design (based on availability).
  5. Or, a refund will be processed in the form of store credit / gift card.
