Return & Exchange Policy

At Naitra, your satisfaction and trust matter most. We craft each piece with care and high-quality materials, and we want you to love wearing it. If something doesn’t feel right, our return and exchange policy is here to help. This section only explains about normal Return Policy, if you're looking for issue regarding product tarnishing and want to claim the warranty, kindly check our Warranty Policy.

Returns — 7 Day Window

We offer a 7 day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the unboxing video of the package received.

NAITRA reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. In case you have purchased a NAITRA product from anywhere other than the NAITRA Website or NAITRA App, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply.

Eligible for Return

  • Unused, unworn items in original condition
  • For defective or damaged products, return request must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery
  • Tags, packaging, and certificates (if any) must be intact
  • Return request made within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Only for products purchased from www.naitra.in

Not Eligible

  • Used, damaged, or customized items
  • Partial order returns in Combo / Gift Box SKUs
  • International orders (currently not returnable)

Request the Return

You can select Refund / Exchange in the same form.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please also return any freebies received with the order.

If you encounter any technical issues while initiating your return or exchange, please reach out to us at care@naitra.in. Our team will assess the situation and respond with a suitable resolution within 48 to 72 hours.

In cases where a customer claims to have returned multiple products but the pickup package contains fewer items than stated, Naitra reserves the right to deduct the full invoice value of the missing item(s) from the refund. This includes any promotional or complimentary products such as free gifts or bundled items.

Pickup & Return Logistics

Once your return request is confirmed, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to hand over the package to the courier. It’s also important to respond to calls from the delivery partner. If the pickup attempt fails due to unavailability or missed calls, the courier may cancel the pickup. In such situations, the return process will need to be restarted, which may delay resolution timelines.

Please be aware that while most areas are eligible for both delivery and return pickup, there are rare cases where certain PIN codes are not supported for reverse logistics. If your location falls under this category, we may ask you to ship the item back to us using a reliable courier such as India Post. You’ll be reimbursed up to ₹100 for the return shipping cost.

Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse. We will send you an email/WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If everything is in order, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, we will ask you to provide us with your bank account details and credit the refund amount in the same.

Replacement / Exchange

You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
