What is demi-fine jewellery?
Demi-fine jewellery sits between fashion jewellery and fine jewellery. It is crafted on 316L stainless steel, the same marine-grade steel used in luxury watches, finished with 18K gold tone plating, so it carries the look and feel of fine gold jewellery without the fine jewellery price. Unlike fashion jewellery, it is built for daily wear and does not tarnish, bend or discolour in weeks. Every Naitra demi-fine piece uses real materials, honest pricing and finishes made to last for years, not occasions.
Will my Naitra jewellery tarnish?
No. Every Naitra piece is anti-tarnish and waterproof. The 18K gold tone plating is engineered to survive real life in India: sweat at the gym, daily showers, humidity and monsoon weather. You do not need to take it off before washing your hands or working out. In the rare case the plating ever fades or discolours, it is covered by our lifetime plating warranty and we will make it right.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All Naitra jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel free, the most common cause of skin irritation and green marks from jewellery. Our pieces are tested for daily contact with skin, so ears, necks and wrists stay comfortable even when you wear the same piece all day, every day. If you have reacted to fashion jewellery before, demi-fine construction like ours is the safer choice.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every Naitra piece comes with a lifetime plating warranty. If the 18K gold tone finish ever fades, discolours or wears off in normal daily use, we will repair or replace the piece for free, for as long as you own it. There is no registration and no fine print: your order is your warranty. To make a claim, write to care@naitra.in or message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the piece and your order number, and we will take it from there.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Naitra jewellery is built to be worn without worry, and a little care keeps it looking new for years. Make your jewellery the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Keep it away from perfume, deodorant and cleaning chemicals, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear, and store it in the Naitra pouch or box it arrived in. That is all it needs to keep its shine.
